BATCH THAWING SYSTEM

WORKING PRINCIPLE

Utilize low pressure steam to defrosting frozen meat directly. The steam is squirted through tiny holes, directly into the thawing room, to form a mist of steam to heat the frozen meat, and to keep enough moisture in the room. The opening of the steam is determined by the intelligent controller based on the temperature and humidity of the room and the temperature of the product, thus ensuring the security of thawing. The system automatically enters the chilling mode after thawing.
